Good lord, but you're grouchy today. Why on earth does not really wanting to watch the prequels or most of the other stuff mean I have to suddenly stop loving the originals?

I'm not hugely fussed about the franchise, or most of the things coming out. Some of it's funny, some of it's awful. But it's still a thing I generally adore.
