In 1985 or thereabouts, Duran had a bit of a career break and split into two groups to let their inner musical imperatives out. Power Station was John, Andy, Robert Palmer and someone else...and they were very rawk. Ish. In a pop way. Lots of guitar solos.
Arcadia was Simon, Nick and Roger (ish) and they were very arty. And pretty. Pretty videos...
Nicole and I have been drunkenly watching the Arcadia video and we like that side project best. :)
