broke down on way to work. On the Uxbridge road. AA decided to take nearly 2 hours to get to me. Not is fit state for work by then. Cambelt gone, possibly taking other stuff with it. Towed to garage. Cab home.
Garage (garage 1) who said that it would be done this afternoon fail to ring. Call gargage. It will be over a week. Call other garage (garage 2), who say that they can do it quicker, but not until monday. Father yells at AA for not taking me to the garage I asked them to take me to in the first place (garage 2), AA agree to tow car there on Monday. Can't get courtesy car until monday. Mother says I can borrow hers, but could I get Nick to drive me out to get it. Nick appears to have gone out.
Mother and Father not best pleased about having to drive out here to deliver car, but not annoyed with me as there really is nothing I can do.
Am stressed and teary and tired and suffering the after effects of being sworn at by people who can't work out that a stationary car with it's hazards on is not there because I find this kind of thing amusing.
