But positive words from almost uberboss on my future work prospects have brought cheer and bounce to the day. And now I'm in the perfect mood for SynCult tomorrow. Rah. I intend to dance until I can dance no more (unless they play Sex Dwarf). I'm also going to find the microphones in the sofas.

Is it just Bon and Dave crashing at ours? Or are we expecting Matt shaped things also?

Well, Rhon, James, Grace, Jackie, Dave and I are also going (and Alex if he can get out of this birthday thing he has, but I doubt it..), so I would say it's a medium-size gang. ;-)

I was toying with the idea of suggesting that we all trundle off for a nice mellow picnic in Stoke Newington Cemetary when we finally stop making pain noises on Saturday, but I'm not sure - might have to house hunt, or sleep, or something. But thought it would be an idea to wave about for a future occasion.

Not sure whether I can make that, as I have a poker party in the evening (and I don't even know how to play poker, oh well...), and may have to collect some things during the day. Plus, the weather doesn't look promising. But for a future occasion I'd definitely be up for it!
