Apr. 28th, 2008 02:37 pmI AM BORG.
Well, sort of.
This time, it worked. There is a lens in my left eye, and although it's slightly yellow and a little fuzzy, I can see. Not currently, as I'm keeping it firmly closed as that's how it wants to be, so I have my glasses perched on the end of my nose so my other eye can see.
Still the scariest experience of my life. Having to do it again is not filling me with joy, but it will be worth it. Also, it only took 20 minutes this time, apparently they have about 5 spares for each eye. This is quite funny.
I'm going to lie down. Dizzy, eye hurts, hugely worn out. But happy.
